Our Emergency Tree Response

When we arrive, we come prepared: chainsaws, ropes, tarps, and sometimes a bucket truck depending on severity.

Steps we take:

1.) Site Assessment & Stabilization: We quickly assess the situation – which tree/limb is involved, what it’s resting on, and how to remove it safely. If the tree is on a structure (roof, etc.), we carefully stabilize it if needed (using ropes or equipment) to prevent shifting.

2.) Priority Cutting: We remove any imminent dangers first – e.g., a hanging limb that’s about to fall or a tree blocking an exit. This might mean making a few key cuts to eliminate the hazard.

3.) Removal & Cleanup: Next, we systematically cut and remove the fallen tree/branches. If it’s on a building, we often cut it in pieces from the top down to relieve weight gradually. We take extreme care to not cause further damage to your property. Once the bulk is removed, we clear all debris. We’ll tarp over any exposed areas of your roof or structure if needed (temporary protection from rain) – we have heavy-duty tarps on hand.

4.) Follow-Up: After the emergency is handled and immediate risk is gone, we can return for more thorough cleanup or additional services (like removing the stump of that uprooted tree, or pruning other damaged trees on the property). We’ll also give you a written report you can use for insurance claims detailing the emergency work done.
